The location is exceptional. We just wanted a hotel near the airport. We were exhausted from a long flight and to have a hotel just a few metres away was very handy. The staff is very friendly and we also enjoyed breakfast there.

The gal at the front desk went above and beyond to help us at check in!! We had a rough time getting to Knoxville (delays etc.) we were exhausted. She made everything easier, even gave us some chocolates

The location was ideal for an early morning flight out of Knoxville. The lighting in the bathroom was great. The beds and bed linen were very comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely kind upon check-in.
